Hi, I’m Olivia. I’m a practitioner of shamanic energy medicine, trained and certified at the Four Winds Society, the school founded by Alberto Villoldo. The practices come from ancient traditions of the Amazon and the Andes, and they are taught alongside contemporary psychology rather than apart from it.

I’m a certified Clarity Breathwork facilitator, and I trained in past life regression. I have travelled widely, learning from wisdom keepers and from the Earth herself, who guided me.

I work with the whole person, and in the spirit of ayni, the Quechua word for sacred reciprocity. Living in right relationship with the Earth, with one another, and with ourselves.
